My name is Melissa, I'm 22 years old and I am married to a Marine/Soldier (once a Marine always a Marine) and I make everything you see on this website unless stated otherwise.
How do you make these graphics?
I use Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Illustrator for my graphics and I code my layouts using notepad.
Can you teach me how to make designs like yours?
I'm sorry but I have a busy life with a husband and a baby to take care of and I barely have time for designing for my own shop and getting custom orders done, I doubt I could have spare time to teach somebody else.
How do I get a Custom Order from your Cafepress shop?
Anything in my store can be customized. If you want your personal touch on any of my items, all you have to do is message me with all the info about what you want customized and how you want it to be and I'll gladly make it for you.
How much is it for a Custom order?
I don't charge extra for custom orders.
How long does it take for a custom order?
Please allow 3-4 days for custom orders. I have a husband and a baby to take care of and I can't be online 24/7. Also, the way I work is "first come, first served" which means that if I have a lot of orders I might take longer to get to yours. Please be patient.
I live in the Fort Hood area as well, do I still have to pay shipping or can I just pick my items up from you?
Sorry but Cafepress is the one in charge of the printing process. My job is to upload the designs to their server and they ship the items to you from their factory locations across the country.
I ordered the wrong item, can you cancel my order for me?
No. All transactions are between you and Cafepress.com, if you wish to cancel your order, make and exchange or return, or simply check on your orders status you have to contact Cafepress. I can't do it for you. I don't have access to that info
I saw this design that I really like on other shop, can you duplicate it/customize it for me?
Big NO NO I don't need other shop-keepers acussing me of stealing their designs. Let's keep this drama-free.
I placed an order a week ago and i haven't received it?
Cafepress does the shipping, not me. If you have any questions about your order feel free to contact Cafepress Toll Free : 1-877-809-1659. The same applies for returns and exchanges.
Can I pay with a check , money order, or paypal?
Sorry but for now cafepress accepts credit/debit cards only.
