Hex codes are easier to work with & they ensure that your icon will turn out to your liking. 3.Picture Icons always require HIGH QUALITY pictures no webcam/cellphone/blurry pictures allowed. No up-close, cut off, or tiny pictures either. You might think I'm being a pain but I just won't make a graphic that looks bad because that would make ME look bad. 4. DO NOT tell me how to animate the graphic. I am the maker and I know how the graphic should be animated. If you're requesting from me it's because you like my work and you can trust me.
